      Emailer #5965382 accident Looking for the owner of New York License #T611098C.Car driven by Carlos Loja Encalada from New Mexico on Saturday, 12.10.11 rear-ended my car at 11:40 pm on North 5th and Roebling in Williamsburg.Took registration and license information and getting an accident report from the 94th precinct, but cannot track down the owner of this 2007 Lincoln town car. Car is registered to ADM Limo at 221 Manhattan Avenue, Brooklyn, but no phone number is listed.When I called the T&LC they indicated that this car was refused a license and therefore they are driving and servicing illegally.Please contact me with any information.Thank you.Hammond Hazelhazel.hammond@gmail.com

      Emailer #3095968 Rear-end accident License Plate T524593C of Federal Transit, 40-46 Main Street in Flushing, Queens. Operator name Jian Lin Huang, 105-20 66 Ave., Forest Hills, NY 11375, rear-ended me last month on 4/8/11 around 9:30PM at a red light. His insurance company took a very long time to respond and he took a very long time to respond, only to make up a story. He made up story that I swerved in front of him. I was stopped at a red light and he rear-ended me straight on. I have pictures to prove it and his plate mark is clearly visible in the rear of my car. My trunk does not close anymore and remains open. My battery died. His insurance (Maya Assurance) is only offering 50%, which is unfair. Jian Lin Huang is very dishonest and should pay for his wrongdoing. This has caused me a lot of stress.

It is outrages for the driver to have to be listening all day long all that garbage. We are not even have the right to listen good radio programs like 99.5 FM or 91.5 FM also. Please, be nice to drivers,to us, have conversations, enjoy the ride like making easier to the driver and yes, be a good tiper in these difficult times for drivers due to the heavy competition between yellows to find passengers and from illi gal street hails.
