Emailer #3095968 Rear-end accident License Plate T524593C of Federal Transit, 40-46 Main Street in Flushing, Queens. Operator name Jian Lin Huang, 105-20 66 Ave., Forest Hills, NY 11375, rear-ended me last month on 4/8/11 around 9:30PM at a red light. His insurance company took a very long time to respond and he took a very long time to respond, only to make up a story. He made up story that I swerved in front of him. I was stopped at a red light and he rear-ended me straight on. I have pictures to prove it and his plate mark is clearly visible in the rear of my car. My trunk does not close anymore and remains open. My battery died. His insurance (Maya Assurance) is only offering 50%, which is unfair. Jian Lin Huang is very dishonest and should pay for his wrongdoing. This has caused me a lot of stress.
